We make every effort to display product photographs, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

Product availability, designs, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Personalized and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, spelling, dates, colors, photographs, and other requested details.

Please review all submitted information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that we cannot reasonably or lawfully fulfill.

4. Digital Proofs and Design Approval

Some custom products may include an optional digital proof and approval process.

When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approving production.

Where included in the purchased service, one round of minor revisions may be provided at no additional charge. Additional revisions or substantial design changes may require an additional fee.

Production timelines may be extended while awaiting customer feedback or approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, further changes may not be possible.

5. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Photographs

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you own the materials or have the necessary rights and permissions for their intended use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not infringe upon another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.

Beam & Blade may decline requests involving unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material.

Customer-submitted materials will be used as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested order. We will not use identifiable customer photographs or custom artwork for unrelated promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund orders affected by an obvious pricing mistake.

7. Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product, order volume, personalization requirements, and design approval.

Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and assist with an appropriate resolution.

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment in designated areas of Northwest Florida.

Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

For privacy and safety, pickup locations are provided only after arrangements have been approved.

Local pickup availability may vary and is not guaranteed for every order.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized and custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits rights provided under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Original designs, photographs, product descriptions, branding, and other content created by Beam & Blade remain the intellectual property of Beam & Blade or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property rights.

Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without appropriate permission.

Customer-owned artwork and photographs remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or requests that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beam & Blade is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
